What do you believe?

I believe people who say that it is a sin are just plain ridiculous. They are way too narrow-minded and way to stuck in their religion to be believing that.

I happen to be reading on a religious site where this girl had asked if it was a sin and someone asked her: "Would you do it in front of God?". She said I probably won't be doing it now after that person asked it. Come on if God does exist he would be watching your every move which include you getting dressed, going to the restroom and so on...

Come on... I'm even a person who doesn't masturbate who is saying this. Depending on the person it's a relief and helps with your sexual relations in the present or in the future; EVEN if you wait till marriage to have sex too.

Ok, enough of that; nothing against religion but this is my thoughts.

    Not in the slightest. Sexual pleasure without increasing the population is now almost noble. But back when religions were transferred to written form, it was seen as a sin not to have a large productive population.

    "Thou shalt put a hat on your jimmy" and "Thou shalt shake hot white coconuts from the tree of love any time you want" should be new commandments.

      Yes it is.

      At the same time I think about it and relationship shouldn't just be based mainly on sexual pleasure either and "a lot" of them are.

      I might of seemed like a sex freak from the post but I just never really think "too much" about the sex part of a relationship but more towards other things that are fun about a relationship.

      I understand sex is really important to most people but come on there are other things too.

      But like I said I think prudes are just plain ridiculous too. When you have that sexual desire there is nothing wrong with masturbation or making love to someone you care about.

    Honestly in my point of view its not a sin to pleasure your self cos u ain't hurting anyone. . But for god it is a sin so I try not to do it often cos I always feel guilty after.
