Do you click on people's username to check out their profiles?

I'm extremely curious by nature so almost any time I'm in a thread, you can be sure I've clicked on someone's profile (vet or someone random).

My answer is very similar to Valkeer's. It's like a reflex now, I don't even think about it. I'm not entirely sure why I do it.

If their answers interest me

Often. I click most often on the people who I've either not seen or recognized before and the people who change their profiles quite frequently. I like changing mine. I used to do it more often until I found I had nothing more to write. I wonder why that is - that I have less I need to express in my IIN profile now? I think I am commenting more than normal, so I unleash my mind's over-activity that way. I think I'll leave a new profile in a few days though, sometime around the New Year. I'll have something to talk about by then, definitely.

I enjoy checking out users profile pics. I bummed that a lot of people never upload anything :-(

Yeah, but not obsessively. If someone says something interesting, I tend to click on their profile to see what else they've said, in case that's interesting too.

I always leave something in my own profile for people to read (and usually go up to the word limit), plus change my picture and profile once a month.

So I didn't make my profile for no apparent reason.

If they say something interesting, I'll want to see if they have a picture or statement to add to my personal image of their character.

If they say something really fucking stupid, I want to see if they just say stupid shit on a regular basis. If that's the case, I pretty much just don't even read anything in their posts afterwards.

Sometimes, when it's a user I know updates their profile text or when I see someone new who's comments interest me. Some of them are really funny glimpses into the minds of the words on my screen. :P
