Do you ever give customer feedback?

For example, when eating at a restaurant, do you bother to fill out the customer feedback sheet about the restaurants food, service, etc...?

  • Yes for small business, but not so much for a big corporation.

And instead of just bitching about something I didn't like, I offer suggestions on how I think it could be improved (when inspired).

Usually just if someone/something was exceptional-exceptionally bad or good. And if I use an online service where my rating can actually be seen and make a difference (like on Amazon or ebay), they I usually rate. I value the ratings on Amazon a ton!! It's helped me to decide what to buy countless times.

They don't deserve my input! They're already taking my money. So if anything the feed back I give is my middle finger straight up in the air.

I only gave feedback once, and it was for an EXCEPTIONAL experience on an airline. Other than that, I think most Yelpers should be more assertive rather than ranting online about bad experiences. It's passive aggressive and cowardly.

I do if they shove it in my face. Then I goof it up

  • Yes I do sometimes. Depends on my experience, if it's really great or really shit then I will.

When I go to the dealership for service they send me a survey and I'll take it because I know it gets back to my awesome service manager. And if someone goes out of their way to be helpful I always ask for the manager and give them the good news instead of the usual complaints they must hear all day. It's a fun thing my ex taught me that makes everyone feel good. Kind of cheesy I know!
