    I really think it looks disgusting when it's huge. Like I'm not looking for a fourth leg, that looks like they've been doing crack cocaine or are trailer trash. Their Adam's apples should be just a noticible, cute little bump. Definitely there. (otherwise it looks like a girl)

    For the most part i don't like them, but only because i imagine it must make you feel sick bobbing in the throat as it does. I'm sure that does not happen and one of thees days ill poke some mans adams apple and get over my irrational dislike for them.

    I'm a guy and I have never payed attention to someone adam's apple. Female or male. Are they really attractive to some people? Not me srry.

      I know all men have prominent Adam's apple, but while in some men it's not so visible depending on the angle, in others it's quite visible wherever you look from, and it forms a spherical or triangular lump on the throat, specially if you look them in side view. I'm referring to these.

    You...you...you've used the word "unattractive" so surely that gives you a clue that the opposite would be "attractive" and not "attracting"? I'm so confused and a little depressed :(

    To answer your actual question: I'm female and don't really care either way.
