Do you floss every day?

I prefer mouthwash, but I floss every few months. Especially if there's something stuck in the little spaces.

I used to floss during my braceface days.

I don't typically, only as needed. I do use mouthwash and feel it's pretty effective at getting anything out that was missed with the toothbrush. An electric toothbrush also works much better than a regular one as well!

Nope. Unless I feel like I need to floss. Suppose it's even worse in my circumstances since i have invisiline braces. Just so hard to threat the needle and floss there.

I rationalize it as not needing to since I brush regularly and I dont eat sugary foods.

Every day? God no. I probably do it in the 250 days a year ball park.
