Do you have a life outside of here and social media?

Lots of friends, the house is never empty. Well, WAS never empty. Can't wait for coronavirus to fuck off.

Outside of my boyfriend and my besty I'm pretty alone. I like it that way though. Less people to know my secrets and potentially hurt me

I do have a great life outside of this. I come here only because I could use a diversion from my busy job.

My irl friends come and go, most of them have had the good sense to move out of London and migrate back to me every few months.

I’ve never had an online friendship, my method of friend entrapment involves learning my target friend’s schedule and conveniantly slotting myself into it.

I'm keeping in touch with my friends via telephone, and texting.

I have a lot of down time because I work in Border Services and nothing happens lmao.

And I have very serious Insomnia where I go days without sleep. Really wicked stuff. So I’m usually on here between 11 PM and 6 AM, which is like 11 AM and 6 PM American

I get lonely really fucking fast so any second I’m not with someone I try to fill with communication elsewhere.

I made friends with a bunch of flies in my bedroom, I even gave them names. There's a rotting animal carcass outside so I'm super popular right now.

I like my alone time and have a lot of it. However, to keep emotionally healthy I am involved in outside activities a few hours a week. I volunteer at a local animal shelter, teach a couple of drama classes and volunteer at the town museum. Of course that's all on hold now until this virus thing runs its course.

I prefer to keep my friend circle pretty small, but I am also very close with my family and we talk a lot and usually do a lot of hanging out (except for right now during this coronavirus, of course). Other than that, I go to work, work out and exercise, play with my cats, etc. Sometimes I draw or write, or pick up my violin I used to play just for the fun of it. I like to come online usually on break at work, during lunch, or before I go to bed.

No. I have no life.

I have my room mate but she is just here for the mostly free ride.
I talk to and hang out with my older sister once in a while.

Last person I tried to form any sort of friendship with - she is socially awkward so we never quite hit it off. Strange cause she looks and seems like the type that would have tons of friends but she is just distant.

Others I have tried to be friends with turn out to be crazy or just very awkward.

I would not mind having more of a social life but I don't know how to go about it. No one ever asks me to go out or even for any contact info.

I post on here a lot but not other forums much nor social media.

Today people at least have the web. How did socially isolated people cope back when there was no web? Or maybe people made more of an effort to be social before they could take the lazy way out and just rot away on the web.

I have a friend group. They all kind of suck, but a few of them are okay. Now I've just got to find a way to get some of the better friends to play some D&D Basic with me.

I'm practically friendless, socially inept, etc.

Pretty much, I know a lot of cool people. My life isn't the continuous crime spree it was in my early to mid 20s but I Still get out plenty and party a bunch.

Well I do have friends but all except 1 lives at a distance so i'm usually alone and that's the way I like it. I can make more friends close to me and I have before but I feel suffocated easily if my privacy gets invaded by other people.
