I've had this duckling doll since I was 7 (now 21) and I still find it sooooo cute I have to sleep next to it! My family and my friends saw it and said the doll even smells of me! (sorry if you find it gross) I get so annoyed when my brother throws it to make fun of me!!
Do you have a piece of toy or anything that you love so much and have been having it for some years? I hope I am normal LOL

My Dutch family visited when I was four and when they saw me gazing longingly at a small yellow and white teddy bear in a toy shop, they did a very nice thing for me. My grandma named him and the name stuck. He sits on my bookshelf now, a little bit tatty, but my one and only link back to times that no longer are. He is precious beyond belief.
Well, I've got a few. A brown stuffed cat that my parents bought me when they told me they were getting a divorce, and a tennis ball I used to play catch with my grandmother before she passed away. The stuffed cat made me happy when I was sad, and I feel as though it holds together the family even though they are divorced.
Most of my toys were my moms old kitchen ware and those are long gone. You could always find me playing in the dirt making all sorts of inedible creations. But I still sleep with my Scooby Doo pillowcase that I have had since I was five.
when I was in the 1st grade, I wanted soooo bad the operation game. that year on the last day of school b4 christmas, I sat on santa's lap and the first thing I said was, "i want an operation!!!!" my teacher, and principal were concerned and called my mom to ask what kind of health issues I was having, but it all ended in a laugh. needless to say, I got my operation that year, under the tree.
I had a water gun that was fired by rotating a small crank and shot small spurts long distances. It was shiny aluminium cylinder with a handle and a brass nozzle
i have a koala teddy bear that i named baby, and a german shepard plush that i named sarge. oh, childhood.
I have this little teddy bear that I never gotten rid of. Its still on my shelf now lol.
A barbie doll i got when i was 5 and still have today. I didnt really have many friends growing up (at least not till middle school) and i brought my barbie with me everywhere even to school and she was my best friend. i would eat lunch with her, play with her, and do everything with her!
A sailor jupiter plush doll i still have it and sleep with it today. It made me feel safe
Before my father died he bought me many toys. Out of that bunch there were two that were my favourites. I still have my stuffed large-sized Mewoth that I think I got in 1st grade. There was also my stuffed Stitch that I got from a Disney store in NYC. I went on that trip when I was rather young and it was to celebrate my birthday.
i have a small boxer dog that i got when i was 5. i am now 21 and still sleep with it on my bed :)
I have two stuffed animals that I got when I was 2 years old in the hospital after having my tonsils out. They are a male and female lion. I love them to bits. Had 'em for almost 30 years now
Yeah I had a molly doll when i was 5 =]...but then my mom lost it when we moved to north carolina so now I have a new one its a stuffed seal with a squeaker in it that my grandpa gave me befor I moved out out of calirofrnia to colorado dont get me wrong I still love my molly doll but I had to move on lol
I have a soft toy monkey that I got the first day I was home from the hospital. His name is "Boo" because I would get scared every time I saw him back then, but he has been near me forever and I'll never give him up.
I also have a blue bunny that my great grandmother made for me when I was 2, and a hand puppet that my aunt made for my mom when sue was in labor, for lulz.

You are perfectly normal. I am 58 years of age and I still have to have my "Talking Bugs Bunny" doll I have had since I was age 3-1/2.
The toy I wanted the most was the Barbie pool in the 80's. It was awesome and it was expensive so I couldn't have it. I'd get ahold of people's Sear's Catalogs and find it and tear out the page and stare at it ALL day long, imagining playing with it. It had a little shower undeneath the pool, for God's sake!! Oh, I wanted it so bad...One time my dad snatched my catalog page from me and burned it right in front of me, I was devastated. I STILL want it.....
I have a stuffed bunny and some special collectibles from when I was a baby, but it doesn't mean anything compared to my memories of the toy I never had but wanted soooo bad!
