The thirst for knowledge is in me, if that is what you're getting at. I don't like the implementation of the educational system though.

I hated school until i got to college

Most schools I been to are shitty and pointless. I wanted to learn but either the environment was dangerous or else the teachers simply don't know how to teach. So no not really. I don't have any real faith in schooling.

If they had some qualified teachers maybe but since most don't, not really. I kind of always wished school would be more than a babysitting service but it isn't. Considering all the time we waste going shouldn't it be teaching something?

Whenever I say "I believe school should be optional" the excuse is "But children would be home without parent supervision and would start robbing houses". Yeah real good excuse for school. I didn't go to boarding school or anything though so maybe those schools actually care about education.

It also is very bad for children self esteem and for the most only catars to the already gifted. If you are not born with a photographic memory, or are a breed Athlete you are worthless in the school setting. They do not know how to handle children and they do not teach children how to deal with puberty and how to resolve social conflict.

They do not teach any useful skills like how to fill out applications and pay taxes but when you finish and get ready to go to college just are like "Well good luck! Dont know what you are going to do and we didn't even try to prepare you but good luck".

Also depending on where you go if its like anywhere I went like to segregate children. Treating some children better or give some children higher positions without explaining why. Giving that child a superiority complex causing them to pick on the other children. Which really is not fair.

Also retarded children are segregated along with any other student they deem unteachable. Now if you deem a child unteachable why make them go to school at all. Nothing against people with mental issues but if they have no faith you why have faith in them?

Most schools are just scamming babysitting services. Children would learn more at a REAL babysitter than these scammers abusing and neglecting children for more money.

Teachers bitch about the shrinking pay checks but when people are coming out of school so fucking stupid they cant even pass the entrance to most colleges/university you FAILED!

So if they really want to bitch start teaching! You obviously are all doing a horrible job and I don't see why you are so depressed you don't get paid more. You just babysit you are suppose to teach!

Oh and the nutritional value chart they use to regulate what kids eat but I don't think that qualify as food. Why did they stop cooking food? Freeze dried rubbish is not healthy! These children would be a lot healthier at home.
