my name's leslie, but i think all names are pretty cool as long as parents don't fuck up the spelling...how does that make anyone unique? unless you work at walmart and have a name tag type job, no one is ever going to see how you spell your name (at least not the general population) i had a girl in my class named tyler...her parents spelled it thielor!!!

Always had a problem with the name Jennie. Pronounced like "Jenny". Not only because of people thinking it was already short for Jennifer, but because of how many of my teachers, even English teachers, were thrown off by the spelling and pronouced it wrong. I've been called Genie, Jeanien, and even Johnny. You would think the educators who are able to read names like Rhiannion, Daemon, or Lakreesha without fail would know that "ie" makes the same sound as "y" and the end of a word. By the time I reached high school and moved to another town, I had started introducing myself as just Jen. It's been a lot simplar now. But I sometimes wish I had one of those princess type names, like Emmeline or Selena.

Sarah... it suits me well because the majority of Sarah I knew are shy.

My original name is Katherine but it was so boring and didn't fit my personality, i changed it so its now Christina.

I do like my name it's Michelle and it's not crazy out there or hard to pronounce like some names. It's also not a really common name, I don't know anyone my age with the name Michelle, I've met parents of friends of mine with the name Michelle (or Michele) but have never met one my age or around my age. The only pain is whenever someone finds out my name they start singing 'Michelle my belle, these two words go together well.' It used to annoy me to know end, now I don't mind it as much, in fact depending on the person I find it funny. The bigger problem is my last name because it a pretty famous last name so people always ask 'Are you related to so an so' I just sigh and shake my head.

I fucking love my name. It's Samantha and it suits me so freaking much it's unbelievable. I honestly never met anybody who's name suits them so well. It's kind of old-fashioned, which matches my taste in clothes, tv shows, and music. It is also long and feminine which goes with my girly tendencies.

The nickname Sam, in my opinion, is cute and sweet and goes well with my flipped out hair. I also have a secondary nickname, Samele (Sam-eh-lah) which in my opinion sounds kinda nerdy, which matches me because I love to read and write. My middle name is Ingrid, old fashioned to match the things I like and unique to match my personality.
