If your pet has ever gotten fleas, do you try to pick them off and kill them to help your pet out?
If I see fleas on my dog I pick them off of him and pop them between my fingernails. He has a flea collar too. DIE FLEAS!

i do it all the time then let them drown in the sink or some way to torture them i set them on fire most of the time.
Yes, they cant get it themselves. I'd certainly want someone to do it for me if i couldnt.
Most definitely. I give my dog a bath every two weeks if i can, yet fleas are still on him so i try to look for them and pick them off. I hate to see the poor guy scratching and biting.
I've done it sometimes to help get rid of a bad infestation fast, combined with meds.
But seriously, don't just do it by hand, and don't get that over the counter crap. Flea collars are toxic. Get that stuff you squeeze on the backs of their necks from the vet, Frontline or Advantage. That'll take a few days to show full effect, so in the meantime, you can use a flea comb to get some of them off. And don't forget to treat your carpets and upholstery!
I know it's fun to pop fleas, but they're bad for your pet's health. They can spread bloodborne diseases, and cause anemia.
No. If I find fleas on even one dog they all go to the groomer for flea baths.

No, that's gross. We have two cats, and my mom has picked fleas off of our older cat, though.
we have 2 cats and when they get fleas i dont pick fleas off them, never tried. my sister and mom do though
I couldn't stand to have a dog with fleas in my house but my brother picks them off his dog and like 2 other dogs while we were growing up.. I think its kind of gross but to each your own!
