I'd be lying if I said I didn't. Sometimes there's these loose pieces of hard snot that make me sneeze, so I get a tissue and pick it out.

When it is blocked, I push my finger up there as far as it will go, then push my fingernail into the skin and rotate it approximately 720°. That helps me remove a hefty amount of congealed mucus which I then flick at the nearest plebeian.
