      whether you believe in God or not it is highly debatable. Ever try meditating? Well let me tell you it helps to settle the mind and deal with stress. Going to bed with a racing mind is never really a good idea. How you settle your mind before bed depends I pray but you could just as easily sit in silence for a few minutes it makes no difference.

    Its amazing when i have a sudden hope in faith, you know when you like make those promises to God if blah blah happens and then it does and you're just like ahh screw it he doesn't exist

    Are you really assuming everyone here believes in god/entity? Do you realize what site your on? No I do not pray before bed. My cousins and most of my family do though. This is not something I ever did though. We also don't go to church but don't make a big deal about it. Church scares me anyways. I always feel like Satan's child walking in.
