Do you prefer a night in, or a night out?

I would rather stay in but if i were to go out, i'd rather just spend the night talking to someone than go to a night club or something.

I once spent a whole night just walking around with my friend talking. Pretty good night.

A night out has a greater potential to be fantastic fun but also a greater potential to be boring or awkward, whereas a night in is the safe option where nothing much can go wrong. Whether I'd like to spend the night in or out depends how risky I'm feeling :D

Stay in. But I hate myself for it though. I also usually enjoy myself if I do go out or something, but it's the anticipation that gets to me I think.

Out of course, chillin on rooftops with a bag of crisps while watching cars pass by :)

Is it possible to be neutral? Both seem like good ideas, and I can also end up as bad ones.

I tend to stay in regardless. However, I do enjoy a night out in a city. Those are always great.

Depends where I am going and why. It also depends who I am going with. I don't like being a loner when I go out. Unless I am doing something like shopping for something I need.

Depends, if I'm tired and I've got stuff to finish for work, then I'll stay home. But if I've got something fun planned I'll definitely go.
