Do you shower before bed or when you wake up?

I shower when I wake up, because if I shower before bed, I go to sleep, sweat like crazy even if it is not hot in my room and still wake up smelly. If I am really smelly, though, I will shower before and after bed. Bad smells will keep me awake.

I don't really understand why you would shower before. Wouldn't you just be more dirty when you wake up? Unless you have a clean bed and live in bubble with no dirt or dust.

I really feel dirty when not showering in the morning before leaving!

Depends on my mood, heat, day, future destination, ect.

Before bed, because I'm 'dirty' before I go to bed, not while sleeping.
I sometimes shower in the morning too though if I look or feel like shit ;p

I shower before bed as opposed to the morning for the following reasons:

1) I start work at 630 in the morning and have a long commute. I have no desire to push my wake up time even further earlier!

2) I have a hard time falling asleep in the evening if my body doesn't feel "clean"

Depends what I am going to do for the day. Usually before bed because I started school at about 7:00 a.m. and I dont have time...

Usually, before bed but sometimes I'm too tired to do it. So, on those occasions I wait till the morning to have a shower.

before bed, theres no ways i can get into bed if I'm not clean

as a child my mother would make us all shower at night , probably because she wouldnt have time to shower us all before school. and on the weekends she would shower us during morning and night. as an adult during the summer i shower in the morning and at night because its hot and i would feel gross unless i shower twice a day . but during the winter i get lazy and tend to shower in the morning only but i still try to shower twice a day as often as i can.

I used to shower in the mornings, but I've recently started to shower at night. I'm a stay at home mom so if I am able to get out of the house, getting my baby and I showered and ready is just a time consuming mess, especially if it's a spontaneous outing.
Also, if I'm rushing, I'm doing nothing but sweating and that would make me feel icky and put me in a shitty mood.

You don't get that dirty while sleeping, right? Plus, it's soothing.

Before I go to bed. I've tried showering in the morning but it's just a rude awakening.

Before sleep and after.

I usually shower when I wake up, to make my hair manageable for the day. Besides I swim most nights so I go to bed when i'm out of the pool.

morning, usually. however, lately i swtiched to afternoons and evenings because of my work/gym schedule.

I shower whenever I get the opportunity.

I shower before bed as I work out in the evening. Plus my hair looks better after I've slept on it.
