Leg day? Is this a new holiday? Are we supposed to skip on leg day? That sounds like fun.
I tried skipping on my hands, but I guess it is true; you can't teach and old sea dog new tricks.
It's OK to skip leg day. Lets face it...legs f*cking hurt when you work them hard. Why...because their the biggest muscle and are constantly working. What else carries your ass around all day long.
IMO....
Doing cardio (spinning for example)is much more beneficial for the legs than squats or any other heavy lifting. Unless of course your goal is to be freaky big. Which is a turn on for fat chicks and homos. :)
I do not skip leg day out of fear that I will lose any progress I've made so far.
Yeah sometimes i skipped leg day but i usually hit all parts twice so yeah...
