I normally do this unless it's really short.
for example: the orange is the new black theme song is pretty long so I always fast forward.
I just wanted to know if other people skipped them too or watched them each time.

I hated that theme song at first but I've learned to love it. Still skip it though.
so much that I still remember how many times to hit short-skip and long-skip to entirely skip the theme for so many shows. 1*long 1*short for scrubs. 3*long 1*short for walking dead. and the worst, about 7*long for cosmos
I watch it when I first sit down to watch it, but if I decide to watch another episode I skip it that time so it just feels like I've been watching a really long episode this whole time.
