    Legally yes. Churches do retain the right to have a hissy fit if they want. Same for bakeries or any other small buisnesses that choose to do business. Any federal or state agency still has to provide services regardless.

    I think my interpretation fits the live and let live idealization of legalized gay marriage well enough. It's legal, you dont have to like it but if you work for the goverment you have to abide by it. Everyone else can choose to pick a side.
