Do you think "aromantic" is normal?

Before you say anything, Aromantic is not the same as Asexual. Asexual means lack of a sexual attraction, Aromantic means lack of interest in a relationship.

Do you think that it is normal for someone to be like this? To lack interest in love and be happy with it?

I have never had a relationship and never will. I have better things to do.

Being aromantic is not a choice so it doesn’t matter how “normal” it is. Agonising over how different you are to alloromatic people is a fruitless endeavour, I recommend looking at some aromantic forums and working on self-acceptance instead. All orientations are equal and worthy of equal love and respect.

It's not super common, but it's not abnormal in a way that anything is wrong with it. Just maybe a bit out of the norm. I feel that way myself. I just have no desire for a relationship and haven't since I left my last one over 5 years ago. I was never really super wild about them to begin with, but initially thought it was just something people do and that the feelings would eventually come, but unfortunately they didn't.

Yes. I even had phases like that between a few relationships. I imagine it's similar to that feeling but permanent, or similar to how a child feels before developing romantic interests.

Yes as not many people are interested into a relationship.
