Wash rinse repeat. Total time of washing hands 3 mins. Also sanitizing baby wipes, never leave home without it! Then moisturize with vitamin a, e aloe lotion spf 15 then apply sunblock spf 85. Then all is good

I always wash my hands- there is absolutely no excuse not to wash your hands if you can.

Regardless to whether you touched waste, genitals or what ever, just being in their environment exposes you and your hands to germs.

If you went to a restaurant, you'd probably be pretty disgusted to learn that your wait service or chef didn't wash their hands sometimes, regardless of whether they touched "anything" or not.

So don't be a lazy ass- wash your hands!

Only necessary to wash before. Browned hands afterward enhance your food. Mmmmmm
