Do you watch the news?

Of course there are other ways of keeping up with current events, but to keep it simple let's just narrow this down to TV news.

Yes, every day usually 24
once in a while to know what's going on 26

No, not really 26

I got rid of tv about two years ago and I've never felt better. I prefer to read my news.

I no longer watch TV. I got so fed up with paying for reruns (i.e. cable TV charging you to show you re-runs of programs) that I turned off my service over a year ago, took up reading, working out and surfing on the internet for free time stuff.

I do watch the news. Most of them are complete garbage so I often get bored but when they say something important like shots or food or weather I do.

  • I like the "I watch it just to know whats going on". Yeah because the news does more than fearmongerring right?

  • Only if it's a rape story, then I cheer on that brave soul going to jail. Rape should be legal, don't you think?
