Let's say someone whom he/she tries to target is unknowingly having grandiose delusions and mania, would the bully's attempt be considered bullying if the 'victim' remains unaffected and only does the pretending part so well, he/she infects 'bully' with delusions himself that he thinks the victim is hurt well.
Bullies tend not to care about you or anything to do with you, this includes incoherent posts you make.

Actually yes, assuming it’s a real bully. One tends to pick on something they see as inconsequential if they’re that way inclined. Like burning ants with a magnifying glass as a kid. It’s no different when it moves up to people.

I have always, even from a point of pre-existence, and present existence been united with cosmic superior intelligence where even measuring through how much my consciousness is expanded to see through all dimensions is not enough to define me.
So the victim is unaffected by the bullying attempt but struggling with their mental health so the bully mistakes the victim’s symptoms for signs of a successful bullying attempt?
