Does airsoft help soldiers

Ive been to airsoft games before and unfortunately it was abunch of kids and larpers. So airsoft gets hated on because the community is annoying.

But dont you think if you gave any serious special forces squad on the planet airsoft guns that their teams would probably be really good at it right away? And would this translate in the opposite way just in the department of clearing rooms or setting traps, and certain military tactics? If you take away the annoying people from the game I think airsoft has potential to keep soldiers sharp in combat. Wouldnt it help establish muscle memory so in the real world you wouldnt have to stop and think about what youre doing
