Sometimes I'll have sad dreams and wake up crying. Like I'll have actually been crying in my sleep. It's pretty rare though and probably only happens a few times a year. Sometimes it happens when I have nightmares.
I've experienced this before. I dreamt about choking a kitten to death because it's about to kill me. I woke up screaming and crying for about 5 minutes because I'll never forget the face the kitten made as I choked it to death. It was such a tragic dream.
It don't happen to me so often but I had cried during my sleep too. I think that occurs when I feel depressed or thinking in sad things before going to sleep. Last time it happened to me I guess it was like a couple of years ago.
Personally I haven't woken up crying but dreams do spill over and I've woken up talking or seeing things from my dreams.
I haven't cried in my sleep since I was 7. I have never been able to cry in my sleep.
I faintly remember waking up to a scrunched up face like I was crying and feeling like I was crying, but there were no tears. I've also strained to yell in my dreams (you know those dreams where you're trying to scream at the top of your lungs but hardly anything comes out? Kind of like the ones where you try to run and you aren't going anywhere, or just end up in the same place all over again?) and ended up saying whatever it was out loud and waking myself up.
ive woken up laughin at some shit that once i came around to the wakin world wasnt funny at all just stupid

Nope. Closest I've come is going to sleep crying as a kid after a verbal smackdown from my dad.
in da hood if a nigga feels like crying he keep that shit inside. All da niggas lock it deep down. Wanna know what we do? We wait.
We wait fo a rainy day. Then all da niggas of da hood gather on da streets outside coz we do our crying in da rain as to not show weakness.
Then we go get fried chicken.
