Does beef have to be cooked all the way through to get rid of moo chemical?

I mean, is undercooked beef steak still going to have the moo chemical left?

Just don't touch the brown cows and you'll be fine.

Thats where chocolate milk comes from. Brown cows are so rare thats why it's more expensive

Seems like i've asked this on the purpose knowing that i'll get looks and glances for writing "moo chemical" as it absolutely isn't said by anyone at all.

Yes. It's like an endotoxin, no amount of cooking it will make it truly go away.
