Does it sound like this couple will last?

My sis has been dating this guy 4 years now here is their time line.

════ ⋆★⋆ ════

➤ They meet. They're friends 1 month.

➤ After 1 month he starts asking her to go to movies, dinner etc.

➤ After going on "dates" within 2 months he calls her his girlfriend but she says "I don't want to label us".

➤ 7 months go by they still have no label as boyfriend/girlfriend. He then asks her to be his girlfriend she says yes.

➤ Second year they get more serious/coupley.

➤ Third year they broke up for 6 months then they got back together.

➤ 6 months after getting back together they bought a house together.

➤ They lived in house together 1 year now.

════ ⋆★⋆ ════

They're still not engaged. They're 29 years old. Does buying a house together usually mean they'll marry? My sister is pro marriage but I don't know what her partner is.

Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

Why are you so invested in their relationship?
Stuff like that doesn't guarantee anything but it definitely shows they are serious about the relationship. Not everyone wants to get engaged or married but buying a house together is a good step if a couple wants to do that.

Giving it a 60% chance for failure. 30% for catastrophic failure. 5% chance for success, 5% chance for one murdering the other.

I dunno, only time will tell. Why dud they break up in the first place?

It doesn't sound like they'll last, but I don't know them personally, so...

Why did they break up for 6 months?

    Sound like typical twenty somethings.

I think it might last. It depends. Nothing is ever for sure

IMO, yes, but every relationship is different so who knows

It's going to depend on how much they learn and grow about how to have a relationship and resolve issues in life with each other.
