Does masturbation affects my training ??
yesterday, i started to go to the gym to improve my body shape, and i started to make a program with healthy eating and exercise, but here is the thing, when i started some stomach and back training i felt alot of pain in my lower back, my friends told me its because my masturbation, i masturbate for an hour everyday and i watch porn with it, so does masturbation really affect and should i stop it ??? i need some good advice
