Does this count as cyber bullying?

When I was in high school, I hacked into my friend's school computer who sat next to me, and made it play "Michael, you are an awful person!" over and over. I also wrote a script that turned up the volume to max every millisecond or so, so if he tried to turn it down, it would go right back up. The computer's speakers were disabled by the teacher, so he disconnected the headphones so that it would stop playing. What he did not know was that I had already re-enabled the speakers, so he blasted "Michael, you are an awful person!" through the entire classroom. does that count as cyber bullying?

it's more regular bullying. but if he was your friend it could be seen as a joke, depending on how bad he thought it was and if he did comparable things to you.

So who gives a fuck about high school chicken shit. You have the makings of being the type of heartless asshole who will make big bucks in the business world. Takes more than talent, young man. You need the guts to claw your way to the top. Fuck people over. Sounds like you are well on your way. Nice work. Keep on trukin'.

No. The thing about bullying is that it has to be a constant thing. Right now this is a more like a prank. Honestly it's a story that Michael will one day look back on and laugh, but if you were to continue using technology to mess him on a regular basis, then it would become cyber bullying. So yeah, it's a mean prank, not really bullying just yet.
