Does this sound like a natural concussion? ((writing))

I finally saw the figure in the doorway with the flashlight shining in my face. I just picked up the shotgun closing my eyes and pulling the trigger! I heard a loud ringing and then I found myself on the floor. I looked up and saw the flashlight on the floor, but no blood. I suddenly heard a few gunshots come in the room! I quickly took out a can of food throwing it at the window and then slid under the bed pulling out my knife hearing footsteps coming in slowly. I saw the figure by the window so I carefully crawled out and jumped on his back putting the knife over his neck.

I felt the hand over my wrist where I held the knife and in a movement I felt my head bash on the wall and I saw nothing but stars, and a echoing ring like when I pulled the trigger of the shotgun. I finally opened my eyes seeing Alec. I smiled, “Is this real?” as I saw a worried look on his face.

Finally after a few eternities passed I was able to coherently hear right. “Oh, my god Vincent you okay! I am so sorry!” Rung through my head.

I blinked again hearing moaning and yelling. I wanted to get up, but my body had other plans as I blanked out again.

I felt like the world was bobbing, like as if my boat was rocking, and it didn’t help that I felt like my face was wet. I heard Pit, Pat, Pit, Pat then finally a loud Boom and I felt the whole boat shake hard like it’s about to flip. I then felt the whole world go weightless and then I felt the gravity shift as I felt like a ragdoll being thrown around. As my memory went to when I jumped in the river with Alec and his friends and got swept by the current.

I had almost the same feeling as I felt like I was transformed into the memory of the panic when a storm hit and we were caught in small hut in almost the middle of nowhere a few miles out of town.

“Come on please don’t let go!” i heard Alec scream as I gripped ahold of a wood furnace practically screaming as I heard the banging of thunder. I heard loud bangs as I heard wood cracking. Soon i opened my eyes smelling
