Does your cat act extra silly at a certain time of day?

After they take a poop, it's a party.

My cat is an early morning kitty. She will wake me up when she decides it's time, which is usually a good couple hours before I need to be up. She will walk up and down my side to wake me. Once I fell asleep on the couch and she kept jumping down on me from the back of the couch. Needless to say she's been swatted a few times. Then, once she sees I'm up she is the most loving and needy cat ever! Following me everywhere and meowing and wanting to be pet. Then after a little bit of that, she goes and takes a raunchy dump, so I get the joy of smelling that first thing in the morning.

Whenever I let my cat sleep with me in my room, he would always act completely loud and annoying.

He would be right next to me, halfway laying on my arm, and I would be almost asleep when he just stabs me with his claws. If I try to ignore it, after a few times he'll get up and just stare at me.. Then he'll meow and start purring.
If I ignore this, he'll rub my face with his face. (cutest thing ever.. just not when I'm trying to sleep). If I ignore that, or push him away, or force him back down, he'll hop off my bed and sit by the door. If I don't look at him or go pet him, he'll just keep meowing and scratching at the corner of the door until I let him out. So normally, I get up to let him out then shut my door.

That's not the end of it.

Once I've let him out, he goes for a walk around the house; maybe for food, water, or the litterbox. But then comes right back to my door. Scratching and meowing.

Its part of the cats nature to act like that!

My cat is like that majority of the time. But especially if he wants to go outside and play or if he's hungry.

My present cat gallops around and meows/howls in early morning and often around 10 pm. He is silly all the time but especially at night he wants to play and grabs my ankles and brings me his toys. My female cats wee a lot more quiet this male is super goofy.

first thing in the morning, my second kitty wakes up and runs around acting like she ate catnip or something, hence, also annoying my first cat. i love kitties and their craziness :)

Cats see better at the nighttime, therefore more fun to play.

If my cat thinks nobody's home, he yowls for attention. It sounds like he's in great pain, but he's a little whiner sometimes.

My cat before was my living alarm clock. I hope to find a cat like him coz he was long dead. T_T

this whole thing is just too cute!

My cat likes to stalk through the house late at night- or whenever he feels like it. Just to make sure the forgotten dust bunnies in the corner aren't dangerous. He has a family to protect, after all.

Before we moved, we would sometimes hear his late night piano concerts. LOL :)

Mine likes to try playing in the middle of the night.

and during the spring. seriously in the spring he goes crazy, tearing up and down hallways, running around. he's full of energy and wants to PLAY!

If you can ever get hold of some cat nip just one whiff and your cat will go completely mental, its so funny watching them rub there face on a cloth that has catnip on it.

When it gets late at night my cat acts pretty funny. He'll paw at random things on the ground then chase after them when he hits them away. He'll also chase you around the house when your not looking. You'll be walking up the stairs when you hear his collar jingling, then when you turn around and he'll comepletely freeze for a few seconds, then run away. Another thing he does is run down the hall, and then skid on the wood rest of the way down.

At bedtime, definitely... it's so damn annoying when they meow loudly. Have to get out of bed and stare them in the eye and then they stop, but then start up again, ha. Still love em though no matter how annoying they get.

I've often seen cats get random moments of madness. They suddenly seem to get this charge of energy and feel the need to scratch and bite stuff and run around like crazy. Once they've released that energy surplus they go back to normal.

Mine are more morning. Although when there's a storm or something like it, they go crazy too. In the morning they run around the house after each other, they bump into things because they run too fast. They jump on the sofa and pull ninja moves. They like appearing out of nowhere between my legs when I go downstaires.

I'm happy I only stay 20 minutes in the house before going to work. They are freaking crazy.

I have two. One of them seems to go extra hyper on the morning and late on the night. The other one is more apathetic and just follows the other kitty about XD

when it climbs a tree and all the claws are out , its eyes get big and birds had better fly
