I recently purchased a dog coat from a high end department store, but when I wore it my puppy kept biting it and eventually chewed through one of the straps when I was sleeping. Why do they make dog coats so flimsy like this? I am going to ask for my money back, is there anything else I need to tell them?
You were supposed to get a smaller dog coat. Everyone knows you wear it around your head and it's supposed to be very tight around the neck and throat
You should tell them your dog didn't like the coat and they might want to redesign it
Puppies chew... it's normal. Also, they should not be left unattended while wearing anything other than a collar!! Honestly, IDIOTS these days!! I don't even leave my Beagle mix alone in a harness.... she'll eat it.
Also, you will not be given a refund on grounds of improper use-the tag will have stated that the dog, if left unattended, should not be wearing the item and the store will refuse to replace it.
I asked the store to replace it and told them the dog chewed it when I was wearing it. And she kept asking me why I was wearing it?? Anyway they didnt give me a refund, I said Id like another one but in a bigger size and stretchier so I can go jogging in it.
The coat was very tight as well, like it was made for a small child! They don't even do proper sizes, dumb store.
Why do you make a dog wear clothes and why do you leave it dressed and unattended? Puppies bite a lot of things, you should have seen it coming...
