Dr. blood work said i was deficient of vitamin-d, well i'm 63?

So I bought D3 5000ui softgels, finished the whole bottle and bought D3 2000ui softgels accidentally or can I take 3 softgels = 6000ui, would that work, safe?

Cod liver oil, pasture raised pork fat (not grain fed), and wild arctic salmon are all good sources of Vitamin D.

I suggest that you look into those if normal Vitamin D supplements do not work.

    How about you go outside?

For vitamin D you literally dont have to eat anything. Just go outside!

The human body is dope, though I wish the vitamin C synthesis was kept.

Doesn't always work. I go outside and I'm scary deficient if I don't take it and when I don't take it my hair falls out and I get severe depression. Idk why my body says nope to getting vitamin D through the sun lol. Sometimes our bodies hate the sun not sure why

I have to take vitamin D. I'm supposed to take 5000 a day but instead I take 2 pills of 2000 in the morning then 1 more in afternoon. I would say it should be okay! Maybe ask your doctor if you can
