Dream about a co worker dying?

I don't normally analyze every little dream but I had a disturbing one. In the dream they made an announcement that this guy was found dead in a store room at his other job and it looked like a suicide. His wife and kids were there crying and I felt terrible and I felt like I should have done something to stop this from happening. In real life the guy is a little odd but we have a friendly slightly flirtatious normal relationship.Do you think there is some reason behind this dream or not?
