Dream question: has this happened to anyone else?

I had a dream where I saw the time and when I woke up and checked my phone it showed the exact time. This has happened more than once and it's always been extremely accurate. Also most of those dreams were nightmares. IIN?

    I really believe there's an internal clock within us. How else can I explain waking up at exactly 8:01 am on the weekend, just as I had set it routinely during the week.

      I believe we do too. I have got to the point where I don't even have to set an alarm any more. My body wakes me up at the same time every morning

    Internal clock for sure (read about Circadian rhythm) and since you are aware of it, you see it in a dream. I wake up at the exact time very morning and when I check the time on my cell, I see that it is exactly 3 AM and when I got back to sleep and wake up again it is exactly 6 AM.
