Dreams about my dad not letting me go home

Always when I dream about my dad, no exception, i'm visiting him and when I want him to drive me home to my moms where I live he refuses. In some dreams he even goes nuts and tries to kill me or keep me hostage and I have to escape. Tonight I dreamt that I sneaked out and went for his car to steal it and try to get myself home. In another dream he went nuts and tried to attack me so I kept throwing random things on him until it hit his head and he passed out so I could escape but he kept chasing me.

      No but I dont have good contact with my dad according to mom he started threatning her he wanted to kidnap me when she was pregnant. I wasnt allowed to see him without supervision until I was 7 or so

        OMG that’s so sad. Try “programming” a favorable outcome to the dream. Before you go to sleep, review the dream in great detail, but you change the ending to where he shows his love for you(yes, this is fiction) but it may help you heal.
