Dreams so vivid i can’t decipher them from reality

I’ve been having very vivid dreams lately that have been hard to decipher if something happened in the night or it was just dream.

They’ve been so hard to decipher because they take place in my room, the furniture is in the precise location, it’s dark like night. Normally I hear footsteps.

Last night it was so weird. I remember seeing my hallway light on from bed. If it was sleep paralysis there’s nobody else in my house, so who would turn my light on?

Then I clearly remember waking, often paranoid that something else is their with me. Then I fall back asleep.

    I actually could have some fake memories.

    I easily forget stuff what happens and i sometimes can not tell dream and pasts apart because it is like a part of it.

    The same as days, i sometimes think that real memorys were rather a dream once.

    I also have the same dreams as yours ,many dreams of me also take place in the house i live. Day and Night.

    and sometimes i just wake up scared even if there is no reason to be scared of because i've got a fearing emotion in me :/ I can not really explain this, im shocked for nothing.

    To make it clear I’m only speaking during the night and not during the day as if I had visual hallucinations from schizophrenia.

      I normally don’t believe in spirits, but to be honest I’m thinking there is one.
