Dressing up my cats

Is it normal that I want to dress up my cats at income tax time and take them into the income tax office and claim them as my "dependants?" After all, they do depend on me. I don't think it's fair that all these Welfare bums get a shitload of money at tax time, and I pretty much always have to pay!!! So is it normal for me to get these thoughts about dressing up my cats in baby clothes, as if they are my kids?
