It's almost as if some healthy people care more about others than themselves.
Convenient excuse "I care more about people than you so I cant find work or go to school for the next two years. You dont care about people because you get up everyday and go to work.

If COVID interrupted a big plan, it was likely not the person's choice. A lot of stuff shut down. I was under the impression you were talking about that sort of stuff. Not work or school.
I mean, COVID interrupted my plan to immigrate. Not because I suddenly didn't want to, but due to travel restrictions and the likes.
I was starting a new company. Covid killed it before it got off the ground due to the restrictions and fear on meeting people in person. At this point it appears to be a fair amount of money lost; much less the expecatation was that I would have made thousands of profit per month (instead I am left with no income at all and business utility bills to pay).
That would have happened even if I did not get Covid-19 myself, which has left me with long term issues such that I cannot do a lot of things I used to do. My key cash flow generator may not be recoverable with my long term health effects.
Almost 1/3 of previously successful sole proprietorships have failed due to Covid-19 and the restrictions.
So yes, Covid has really messed things up. And, there was nothing I, or the owners of those businesses, could have personally done to change any of it.
So, I'm working on transitioning my future to another direction.
