I eat dog food. I'm old enough to know better. I eat it all. Wet, dry, dog treats, puppy chow, kibbles(my fav.besides treats), IAMS . You name it I ate it. I eat straight from the bowl and sometimes share with my dog. I do the same with water, again occasionally sharing with my dog . What do YOU think?
