Yes it is normal for this to start happening if you drink a bunch of energy drinks and neglect your sleep and health. What are you? Stupid or something? Yeah, your heart is telling you to lay off the caffeine and get some sleep. It's not rocket science you stubborn butt pirate.

I don't think that is normal. I would suggest you drink plenty of water and completely stop drinking energy drinks. The more I hear about energy drinks, the more I realize that they can be pretty dangerous. If you're having a lot of palpitations still, I would see a doctor just to be sure.

I think you answered your own question.

Stop the energy drinks. They're worse than alcohol.

Yes its normal for this to happen, being that regular & frequent consumption of energy drinks is highly unhealthy for you. It will eventually thicken your blood causing it to flow slower & your heart to work faster.

Exercise & get 6-8 hrs of sleep to gain more energy. Also taking b12 supplements may help. Lay off the energy drinks. Your body will thank you later.
