Espanol is making me sick.
Hello all. I work in a 160 room large hotel chain in Florida. Only person on shift at night as the Night Auditor. I'm in school for Law Enforcement to become a police officer. Every night I check in mostly people from Texas. They usually come in groups of 100's. And the all get mad because I don't speak Spanish. They're first question "Espanol?" And when I say "no" they talk amognst themselves. I've grown accquanited with the word "poonta" and I'm starting to get sick of it. They then try to make reservations in Spanish, and when I ask for "telefono" they repeat like "cinco cinco ses" and when I finally say I don't understand you, they get aggravated. Whos in the right and who's in the wrong? Thanks!
