    2 years ago I had the worst case of sickness I've ever had, sickness and the shits but it was constant to the point I had stomach cramps.

    On one occasion I ran to the toilet to puke but I puked so hard I shit myself, my whole body was heaving which was seen as a green light by my ass and what was contained within.

    Not my proudest moment

    Several years ago I had a takeaway burger and fries and drink for dinner. I went to bed and woke up a couple of hours later with a big belly ache. At first I thought I needed to pee really bad to I went to the toilet but afterwards the ache was still there so to take my mind off I put a DVD on and watched it for a while but I couldn't stop feeling uncomfortable. After a while I felt like I needed to pass gas so I did thinking it would ease the ache but what came out was more than gass. Yep I ended up pooping myself. I was on my period at the time so the pad caught most of the poop but I had still had it running down my legs so I had to jump into the shower to clean up. The weird thing is I've never had problems with burgers and fries from that place before or since then.
