Ever since coming out i am more nervous around women iin

Even with women not my type, I get shy randomly or I maybe having a convo and feeling fine then I randomly get shy or automatically nervous. Ugh its rlly annoying tbh.
Also this women at the plant shop was looking over at me a few times yesterday but I'm pretty sure she was with hr bf , seems like it wasn't a mean stare but I always am like paranoid.
Today in a different plant place, I spoke to a women I seen many times before (no make up and never found her attractive), we spoke quite a bit about reptiles and plants. I thought gosh sh looks really pretty with make up, she was pleasant too. I started getting shy idk why. Shes not my type tbh. I think at one point sh may have gotten a tad shy as she kinda fumbled with her hand but other than that sh seemed pretty confident and chill. I also feel like sh looked down at my chest,even though I have 0 boobs lol and covered up, no cleavage showing. I'm either over thinking or something was happening.
