Every time i stand up for more than 10 minutes i need to rest
I get pain on my feet and sometimes my back, this was a problem I had since very little, as a kid I hated saluting the flag because of this. I'm not obese, maybe a bit overweight? I like my body as it is tho. I don't do workout but I feel it is not normal to feel pain for just standing or walking shortly, is it? (Btw sorry if broken English, I'm Hispanic tehee)
