I might as well have a cleft lip when I meet people. I look normal but as soon as I start talking to people I get weird looks. I'm made fun of and disrespected by colleagues and family. I think it's worse than cleft lip because I'm supposed to be able to just change my personality.
What is it that causes the weird looks? If you know what it is and you want to change it YOU CAN.
I physically don't have the brain capacity to change what I would need to change.
You clearly have enough brain capacity to write a literate internet post, so I'd suggest you research brain plasticity and Cognitive Behavior Therapy before you give up on your capacity for change.
I'm still interested to know what it is that makes you seem weird to other people
Hmm... well, could you please be more specific as to what is that people hate or you think people hate about your personality? Maybe you've developed some bad habits that no longer serve you as a coping mechanism in order to deal with a dysfunctional family of origin? I'm not trying to make any assumptions, but rather more a supposition.
Stop criticizing people. Take a genuine interest in their lives and encourage them to tell you more about things they enjoy. Make them feel smart and important, and use tons of sympathy and praise.
If you do this, you could be a serial killer and they'd still find you to be good company.
