Feces is coming out of my mouth yet again. It's horrible, and I just can't imagine why this is happening to me. I feel nauseous, and I'll throw up. And it's all poop. Like half solid, almost diarrhea like shit. It happened before but stopped quickly after I had explosive diarrhea. Now, I'm constipated again and the shit is backing up out of my mouth yet again.

    Obviously you need to just force food in your ass and embrace your backwards situation. You already talk a lot of shit, it shouldn't be too hard of a struggle.
