I think the bad ones should just be fired. It's hard enough for people to become teachers. 4-7 years of schooling plus high costs and lots of red tape. There's also usually poor wages...and entitled bastard parents with their hellspawn.

Why would a babysitter need a psychological evaluation? Teachers are few and far between in America.

A teacher of mine apparently has his own psychiatry office but he yells at students, makes them feel embarrassed, he called me a pervert for using the word 'sex' instead of 'making babies'.. He sucks. Don't understand how he is both a teacher and psychiatrist.

Psychological evaluations will only screen out teachers who are psychotically insane or seriously mentally ill and even most assholes aren't mentally ill. Psyche evals don't screen out assholes because they're assholes. That is not how it works.

Teachers are no where near the main reason why kids are committing suicide. Think about it. You are responsible for 30 people and at least 1/4th of them want to fuck around and don't give a damn that they are disrupting the learning environment.

It's a pretty big pain in the ass to give each kid personal attention when your superiors are expecting you to go over this amount of material while doing this amount of paperwork because the school system would rather pin the issues of funding on us and make us account for literally every dollar spent whilst those dumb shits go on business trips to Mexico and drive Mercedes and these kids over there keep talking and it is bother that kid over here and someone's Mom is demanding phone time because you suspended her son for throwing shit at you and calling you a whore and refusing to leave the classroom and he maintains he didn't do it and that you're being a bitchy and unfair teacher for singling him out and Mom believes him and...

It's a pain in the ass and the teachers I work for try their best as do I but demands stack up and resources remain the same. We can't hold your hand every step of the way, y'all need to learn to grow a pair and walk on your own.
