    It's best to workout with tighty whities cause when I do jumping jacks for pre workout my Dick and balls flop up and down and when their not in sync with each other they'll collide. Not good.

    I workout nude. It allows my hot body to cool more efficiently. I'll do like 200 pushups within an hour and I get hot hot hot! lolz

    Why wear clothes that end up sweaty and you take them after a few minutes. We all work out in the nude.
