Fall in love with a girl i dont know

So , i´ve been knowing this girl for like 6months and we are friends but not the type of friends like we ask each other out everyday , we go out with our friends and maybe meetup and go to coffe together, ive never felt these feelings to her but when she talks to me or just looks at me i feel like im in heaven , i like her a lot but i dont know shit about her and im just not confidential at all so i dont believe in myself and i just cant get myself to tell her i like her. What should i do and is it normal?
