Fear of touch on throat and cord wrapped around throat at birth?

I can't handle anyone or anything touching my neck. As a reflex, I hit people to make them stop. I cry uncontrollably when someone does it on purpose. Is it related to me being born dead with the umbilical cord around my neck?

    It's actually really common to be born with the cord wrapped around your neck. So if that's the case then I would have thought a lot of people would have the same reflex.

    You're certainly not dead since you posted this, unless you're a ghost that can affect the physical world, lol. Or do you mean that you were (mistakenly) declared clinically dead when you were born and then suddenly you actually "came back to life", which is a phenomenon that can happen?

    Anyways, I think you should talk about this with a professional, because it sounds like you have a massive phobia that causes you to panic. Also, strangulation by umbilical cord is extremely rare. It's common that the umbilical cord is around the next, but it's rarely too close to the neck.

    I don’t know if repressed memories can even go back that far to the moment of you being born, most people don’t like someone touching their neck though

      Your subconscious is supposed to be like this omnipotent observer that I wouldn't be surprised if it's considered to develop in the womb
