Feels wrong to work for money, but can happily work hard for free

Working for money makes me feel like a sheep, a slave and like I'm being metaphorically raped...

But I happily volunteer at a charity shop and work really hard.

Also,
Does anyone know why I would feel like this? I can't make sense of it. I obviously need the money but working for an employer for the purpose of money feels wrong. How would I even begin to get around this?
